Coal Tar Cleaner

KD-L314 Coal Tar Cleaner is a newly developed, low-cost cleaning agent specifically designed for removing coal tar and related equipment residues. In coking plants, gas pipelines, coal tar storage tanks, various gas generators, and their intercoolers are prone to accumulating coal tar deposits, oil coke, tar, and other contaminants during prolonged use, which significantly hinders the normal operation of the equipment. Therefore, it is crucial to remove various types of coal tar from equipment surfaces. Our independently developed and produced coal tar cleaning products include the KD-L214 Coal Tar Cleaner and the KD-L314 Coal Tar Cleaner.

KD-L314 Coal Tar Cleaner Product Description:  

KD-L314 Tar Cleaner is a water-based, environmentally friendly cleaning agent with strong penetrating, dispersing, solubilizing, and emulsifying properties. It exhibits excellent cleaning capabilities for grease and dirt, with outstanding degreasing and cleansing power. The product contains no inorganic ions, is antistatic, easy to rinse, and leaves minimal or no residue. It enables low-foam cleaning, improves working conditions, and prevents environmental pollution. Additionally, it effectively protects the surfaces of the materials being cleaned from corrosion during the cleaning process.

Scope of Application:

Suitable for cleaning heavy oil stains and coal tar deposits in various pipelines, hardware components, metal precision parts, electroplated parts, electronic components, bearings, stampings, automotive parts, motorcycle parts, bicycle parts, mechanical manufacturing and repair, automotive manufacturing and repair, agricultural machinery repair, and mechanical equipment maintenance and upkeep in industries such as coking plants.

Usage Instructions:

1, Usage Concentration: Cleaner:Water = 1:10 to 20. Increasing the concentration can enhance cleaning power. For manual cleaning, a relatively higher concentration of the cleaner is recommended.

2, Cleaning Temperature: Can be used at room temperature, but cleaning effectiveness is better at temperatures between 50-80°C.

3, For particularly heavy oil stains or when dealing with high-melting-point greases, manually or mechanically remove part of the sludge first, then use a heavy oil stain cleaner with heating for cleaning.

4, Depending on the characteristics of the item to be cleaned and the degree of oil contamination, cleaning methods such as immersion, brushing, soaking, spraying, boiling, or ultrasonic cleaning can be employed.

Packaging and Storage

1. Packaging: 25kg/plastic drum; 200kg/plastic drum.

2. Storage: Shelf life of 2 years. Store in a cool, dry place.
